In the Sdbman application of Store House system, you can set additional restrictions on creation of compensated records. The restriction can be set:
- For a department, specifying the types of delivery notes for which it is prohibited to create compensating records. In this case, when activating such a document with compensated amounts, an error message will appear:
The message contains the goods name, the department, and parameters of the document, which “creates the compensator”. Moreover, this may be another delivery note, which, as a result of retroactive activation of the current document, will create a compensating record. To analyze the situation, you can open a delivery note right from the error message, by clicking the Delivery note button. You can also open the Goods movement report with the filled in filter, clicking the Movement button. - For a user. The restriction does not depend on document types. In this case, after activating the delivery note with compensated amounts, an error message will appear:
The message contains the goods name, the department, and parameters of the document, which organizes the “creates the compensator”. It will always be the current invoice. To analyze the situation, you can open the Goods movement report with the filled in filter right from the error message. To do this, click the Movement button.
When setting restrictions in an already working database, previously created documents remain unchanged. Restrictions start working only on newly created and edited documents.
