There is an option for automatic kiosk blocking (when using r_keeper_7 versions starting from 7.6.2.284 and 7.6.4.353). The reasons for which a kiosk needs to be blocked are set in the manager panel in the Settings > Main settings section. When a kiosk is blocked, a notification about the kiosk being blocked and the reason(s) is sent to your email. When a kiosk is unblocked, a notification about the unblocking of the kiosk and its reason(s) is also sent to the email, but it should be kept in mind that the kiosk will be completely unblocked when all reasons for the blocking are eliminated. For blocking reasons related to the status of devices, automatic unblocking is provided after the blocking reason is eliminated.
Possible reasons for kiosk blocking:
the shift has exceeded the common shift duration set in the r_keeper_7 manager station (to block for this reason, in the Settings > Main Settings section of the management station, set the BLOCK KIOSK IF SHIFT DURATION EXCEEDS THE VALUE SET IN R_KEEPER_7 parameter to Yes).
After closing the general shift, it is necessary to restart the kiosk.
- the printer is about to run out of paper (to block for this reason, in the manager panel, in the Settings > Main Settings section, set the BLOCK KIOSK IF PAPER IS ABOUT TO RUN OUT to Yes); automatic unblocking is provided as well;
- the printer has run out of paper (to block for this reason, in the manager panel, in the Settings > Main Settings section, set the BLOCK KIOSK IF THE PRINTER HAS RUN OUT OF PAPER parameter to Yes); automatic unblocking is provided as well;
- a printer error occurred (to block for this reason, you need to set the BLOCK KIOSK IF A PRINTER ERROR parameter to Yes in the manager panel Settings > Main Settings); automatic unblocking is provided as well;
- The TSD is almost full (TSD is a technical security device (TSD), which cryptographically signs all relevant business transactions and their relevant VAT information) (to block for this reason it is necessary in the manager's section Settings > Main settings to assign the parameter BLOCK KIOSK IF THE TSD IS CLOSE TO FULL the value "Yes");
- the fiscal shift has exceeded 24 hours (to block for this reason, in the manager panel, in the Settings > Main settings section, the BLOCK KIOSK IF THE FISCAL SHIFT HAS EXCEEDED 24 HOURS parameter should be set to "Yes"); automatic unblocking is provided;
- the fiscal registrar is unavailable (to block for this reason, in the manager panel, in the Settings > Main settings section, the BLOCK KIOSK IF FISCAL REGISTRATOR IS UNAVAILABLE parameter should be set to "Yes"); automatic unblocking is provided;
- there are receipts that have not been sent to the FDO (Fiscal Data Operator) (to block for this reason, in the manager panel, in the Settings > Main settings section, the BLOCK KIOSK IF THERE ARE UNSENT RECEIPTS parameter should be set to "Yes"); automatic unblocking is provided.
The kiosk may also be blocked for other reasons, such as:
- when automatically closing a shift, if such a parameter is configured in the r_keeper_7 manager panel (Menu Settings > Parameters, parameters “Automatic closing of general shift” (Value: “Close at the specified time”), “Automatic closing at”);
- upon receiving a task from the Centralized Management software.
When a kiosk is blocked, a notification letter is sent to your email
