The kiosk has the ability to display information about the customer on the receipt.
When paying, you are offered to choose the type of receipt:
- individual – without entering customer data;
- company/individual business - with customer details.
When selecting a company/individual business, the guest will be asked to fill in the following information: registration number and name of the organization.
In order for the Customer to be displayed on the receipt, you need to add the Customer column to the receipt layout.
In order for the buyer to be asked to enter information about themselves, it is necessary to set the parameter ENTERING CUSTOMER INFORMATION FOR PRINTING ON RECEIPT to Yes in the kiosk manager panel in the Theme Settings.
To verify the entered data (in Mongolia) in the manager kiosk in the Theme Settings, you should fill in the parameter INTERNET ADDRESS FOR RECEIVING INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY BY REGISTRATION NUMBER.
