Directory of Order Categories

The default order category is Main. If necessary, you can select a different order category for your order.
For an order category, you can define order types and set currency restrictions.

Creating an order category

1. Go to the menu Order > Order categories
2. Right-click in the free space and select New Order Category
3. Specify a name for the new category and set its status to Active
4. Fill in the required category properties
5. Save the changes.
   
   

Order Category Properties

Main Section: 

• Code – a unique code of the directory element in the system. It is assigned automatically, but can be changed manually;
• Name – the name of the directory element;
• Status – the status of the directory element;
• StoreHouse code - code of the place of sale in StoreHouse

Basic Section:

• Default OT - in this field, select the order type from the list that will be selected by default when using this order category

Printing Section:

• Department code — the code of the fiscal registrar department. Available for editing only under a dealer account.

Usage of order types Section — this group of properties defines the order types allowed for use of the described order category: the flag is set — the type is allowed for use, the flag is cleared — the type is prohibited for use

The Currency Restrictions section — this group of properties defines the currencies allowed for settlements when using the described order category: the flag is set — the currency is allowed for use, the flag is cleared — the currency is prohibited for use

Restrictions Section:

• Right Level - the right to work with an element at the cash register.

Visual Type Section:

• Background color — the background color of the button. You can select a color from the list or from the palette, which is called by double-clicking the left mouse button in the property value area;
• Arrange Style — the relative position of the image and text;
• Image — selecting an image for the object;
• Text color — the color of the text. You can select a color from the list or from the palette, which is called by double-clicking the left mouse button in the property value area.
