After selecting order properties, the order screen opens.
In this mode, all selected items can be sorted either by Guests or by Serving Orders (courses).
The Guests tab displays the order distributed by guests. To add items to your order, use the "+" button. The number of guests will correspond to the one selected when creating the order and can be changed: add a Guest or remove the last one from the list.
For convenience, you can disable the extended view mode. Then the selected modifiers, serving orders and prices will be hidden on the screen.
The Courses tab displays the order distributed by order of serving. Here you can send dishes for cooking or replace the Draft order with another course.
For unsent dishes, the Send operation will be available.
If all dishes in the order are sent and it does not contain any deferred serving orders, the Pay operation will become available.
In this mode, operations with selected dishes, guests and the entire order are available.
To open the list of operations for a dish, mark it in the order. The list of operations for sent and unsent dishes is different.
To open the list of operations for a guest, click on the line with the guest.
To open the list of operations for an order, click on the "Operations menu" button or on the order name.
Depending on the order status, configured restrictions and employee rights, the set of operations will vary.
