To create notes, already filled dictionaries are used.
If the selection is made using a dictionary item lookup, then you can configure which lookup format to use.

To select a dictionary element from the search window, set the setting "Open an object search form instead of a list" in the "Environment Settings" item of the main item of the "Tools" menu.
