When you first load the kiosk, you are prompted to select the language that will be used for settings.
Further language settings are carried out in accordance with the settings provided in the Language Settings section.
To connect a new language to the kiosk, you need to select it in the language settings in the kiosk manager panel (parameter LIST OF LANGUAGES). Also, translations for this language need to be filled in and created in the weblate.ucs.ru service.
When the kiosk is first launched, language files are downloaded from weblate.ucs.ru and written to the \webdata\localize directory. During subsequent launches, a check is made for changes in languages, and if they have changed, they are overwritten with new ones.
If there is no need to update language packs when starting the kiosk, then in the kiosk manager the DOWNLOAD LANGUAGE PACK parameter need to be set to "No".
If for some reason the kiosk does not have access to weblate.ucs.ru, then you can disable automatic language packs updates. But then you need to manually download language pack files from weblate.ucs.ru and put them in \webdata\localize.
