Root Settings

  • The RAL.DAT download URL (string) — for automatic updating from the network resource RAL.DAT at http://l.ucs.ru/ral.dat, the parameter is not editable;
  • The driver whitelist (string) — limits the selection only to the cash servers of the restaurant "Head Office". A reference to the directory "Cash Servers".
  • Add a dealer from Ral.DAT (boolean) — if the flag is not set, a new dealer can be added to the current database only manually;
  • Information about the dealer

  • Use password policies (boolean) — checks the password complexity. The password complexity is checked when creating a manager password and when logging into the manager station. The parameter value is overridden by the setting UsePasswordPolicy=1 in Rk7srv.ini.

    The setting was added in version 7.6.5

  • Enterprise code (integer) — the corporation code for PDS and the "head office" (the parameter access level is dealer);
  • Daily database size limit (integer) — if the daily database (work.udb) becomes larger than the value of this parameter, a message will be shown during registration at the cash register;
  • Initial value for the external code (integer) — all external codes assigned to new elements are guaranteed to be greater than this value;
  • Show the R-Keeper logo (boolean) — whether to display the logo in the upper left corner;
  • Path to the image directory (string) — this parameter specifies the path to the directory with images;
  • The module integrity check mode (enumerated) — is used with the values: "The standard check mode", "The detailed check mode", "No check".

Weighed Items Subgroup

  • Barcode weight divisor (integer) — the weight transmitted from the scales will be divided by this value;
  • Unit of measurement for weighed menu items (string) — the name of the unit of measurement for weighed items;
  • Unit of measurement for dispensed menu items (string) — the name of the unit of measurement for dispensed items.

Licensing Subgroup

  • Period for displaying the license expiration date (integer) — the period (in days) before which to display the license expiration date on the system login form;
  • Warning period before expiration (integer) — the period (in days) before which to warn at the cash register about the upcoming license expiration;
  • License expiration warning text (string) — the text with a warning about the license expiration (use %s to insert the expiration date).

Integration with Other Systems Subgroup

  • Windows document name (string) — the Windows username;

  • List of prohibited commands (string) — the list of prohibited XML commands, the commands are separated by commas. 

    The setting was added in version 7.6.5

Brunswick Bowling

  • Tariffication: New table (boolean) — determines the behavior of the interface when transferring the tariffing result to R-Keeper. If ON — a new table will be created (the table number equals the lane number), if OFF — the tariffing result will be added to an existing table.

CRM

Used for integration with the old version of CRM:

  • URL for connecting to CRM
  • CRM type
  • CRM terminal type

Global Connect

Used for deprecated integrations:

  • Interval — the synchronization time
  • User — the username through which the integration is configured
  • Port — the port used for the integration
  • Server — the server used for the integration.

KDS and VDU

  • KDS: Use print time (boolean) — if the parameter is set, the print time is sent to KDS; if not set, the reminder time is sent to KDS;
  • Classification for KDS (reference) — the classification for KDS; if not specified — KDS is not used;
  • Components for KDS and VDU (enumerated) — when ordering a combo item, send only the components to VDU (KDS), without the container itself; is used with the values: "Combo components", "Menu components";
  • Consummation as cooking time (boolean) — for calculating the preparation time if the digital values are not used;
  • Short names in VDU (boolean) — whether the short name of the item can be used; the parameter won't work if the item doesn't have the short name specified;
  • VDU order tag (string) — the parameter is used with the values:
    • %0:s — the waiter name (default);
    • %1:s — the table name;
    • %2:s — the order category;
    • %3:s — the order type;
    • %4:s — the saved visit comment;
    • %5:s — the unsaved visit comment.

Shelter

  • Station group for UCS Shelter (integer) — is converted to the service code, see Shelter Connect.ini (the section Translate Operation);
  • Send all payments to UCS Shelter (boolean) — send all payments to UCS Shelter;

Store House4

  • Alt names (boolean) — export the alternative names to SH4 (SH5);
  • Sales location (enumerated) — the values: "Order category" or "Restaurant". The "Sales location" field in the expense document will contain the restaurant name (used when a single warehouse database is shared by different restaurants) or the order category name;
  • Do not export Order Types (boolean) — do not export the order types to SH;
  • Inventory server (string) — the network name of the inventory server;
  • Grouping type format (string) — %s is replaced with the deletion reason name, the currency or the payment type.

Web Interfaces

  • Delivery — the delivery interface settings, used for the deprecated unsupported integration
  • Plugin: demo — the plugin settings, for the technical configurations
  • Invoices — the invoice output settings, for the technical configurations.

RabbitMQ Main Server

Used for the technical configurations of the integrations with other systems. The detailed settings will be specified in the settings of the specific integration.

  • Username for the central RabbitMQ server
  • Password for the central RabbitMQ server
  • Port of the central RabbitMQ server
  • Host of the central RabbitMQ server.

Maître D'

  • Classification for the dessert (reference) — the selection of the classification for the Hostess program, for determining the service time.

Loyalty Cards

  • Zero discounts after the bill (boolean) — allow applying the PDS card with the zero discount for assigning the bonus after the guest bill print;
  • PDS transaction date (boolean) — use the current logical shift date as the cash day date of the receipt (displayed in PDS in the "Info" column in the account NN operations). Otherwise the fiscal closure date will be used;
  • PDS show the card info (boolean) — whether to show the dialog with the card information;
  • PDS show the image (boolean) — show the image associated with the card;
  • PDS Server (string) — the network name of the client cards server (the value of the PDS Server Name property (when the server is selected) in the directory "Stations and Devices" on the page "Devices" has the higher priority than this parameter);
  • PDS Layout for XML receipt (reference) — the layout for the XML receipt;
  • Coupon application mode (enumerated) — whether to add the coupon item, whether the coupon item should be added to the order in advance;
  • Coupon discount (reference) — the reference to the discount that will be added to the coupon items.
  • Subaccount for the Far Cards (integer) — the Far Cards subaccount number that will be used if the currency is set to 0. Maximum payment from this subaccount is displayed on the "card info" form.

Services

  • Service 1 — the unique name and the URL of the integrated service, for example, r_k Delivery.
  • Service 2 — the unique name and the URL of the second service
  • Service 3 — the unique name and the URL of the third service
  • Service 4 — the unique name and the URL of the fourth service.

Electronic Queue

  • Separator symbol in the electronic queue number — the separator symbol specified in the parameter is printed in the electronic queue number. If no symbol is specified in the parameter, there is no separator in the number.

Directory Server Subgroup

SQL Query Configuration

  • Username (DDL) (string) — the username for the SQL database access;
  • Use the SQL security (boolean);
  • Debugging of SQL queries (enumerated) — the parameter determines the debugging level. By default the value "Empty" is used. The values "All queries" and "Error queries" define the exact debugging level;
  • Password (DDL) (string) — the password for the user specified in the parameter;
  • SQL query execution timeout (integer) — the maximum time (in seconds) for executing the query to build the cube via the SQL server.

Backup

  • Backup after shifts (integer) — the numeric parameter, specify after how many shifts to perform the backup;
  • Maximum number of the backup copies (integer) — the numeric parameter, specify the number of the backup copies;
  • Backup execution frequency (time) — specify the numerical value of the backup execution frequency;
  • Path for saving the files (string) — the path for saving the backup files (use %BASE% as the path to the database).

Language Settings Subgroup

  • Alternative charset — the charset of the alternative language;
  • Alternative language identifier — the Windows language identifier for the alternative language;
  • Charset for HTTP (the HTTP header) — the header encoding
  • Main charset — the charset of the main language;
  • Main language — the Windows language identifier for the main language.
  • No labels
