You can connect the application manually.
Make the following steps:
- Launch the application
- Select Manual input as a connection method
- Enter your admin code (default 051791) and click Login. The settings window will open
- Fill in the parameters for connecting to the cash server:
- Station ID: the ID of the cash station through which orders will be created
- Server address is the IP address of the cash station server on the network. If problems arise, make sure that it is entered in the .ini files
- Port: HTTP Data Port or the port from the RKEEPER.INI configuration file is used for connection.
- Login: use the employee name with the privilege for HTTP Access objects
Password: use this employee's password to log into the Manager Station
Use the employee password to log into the Manager Station. Starting from versions 7.7.0 and 7.6.5.483, the password for an employee to log into the Manager Station differs from the Cash Station password.
- Station ID: the ID of the cash station through which orders will be created
- After filling out the settings, click on the Finish button.
After this, the application will connect to the cash server with the specified parameters and will work on behalf of the specified station.
Configuring each app instance to have "its own" station will help to avoid unauthorized order blocking and build more detailed reports. Therefore, it is recommended to create additional print stations to connect to them.
