To delete a sale location from the StoreHouse database, it is necessary to first delete all references to this sale location in documents and other dictionaries. And if for the list of applications, you can apply the Filter by sale location to search for referring documents, when using the sale location in another dictionary without any additional service, finding references is a very time-consuming task.
The References to sale location report allows you to display all referring elements for which filtering by sale location is not available.
To open a report:
- In the list of sale locations, place the cursor on the required item
- Use the References to sale location context menu item or the Document > References to sale location main menu item
- The report will open.
The report data is grouped by references or documents where this sale location is used. There are two columns:.
- Line — the name of the object that uses the sale location in its properties
- Property — an additional comment on the place of use of the sale location in the object properties. For example, a sale location can be used on different tabs of the goods cards. The Property field displays additional information about the place where the sale location is used in the goods card.
The object can be opened directly from the report.
