All dishes at different stages of working with an order can receive different statuses. The most basic ones are used in the app: Sent to the kitchen, Ready, and Issued

Statuses of dishes in the application can be transmitted either from the cash register server or assigned manually. The cash register server automatically receives them from the KDS PRO system, or statuses can be assigned manually at the cash register.

Settings for displaying statuses

Even if the establishment is not connected to the KDS PRO system, to display statuses in the application, you need to configure the parameter Classification for KDS and VDU (specify the classification) and select any category for this classification on the dish card.

Automatic status transmission

Statuses assigned to a dish in the KDS PRO system and transferred to the cash register are displayed in the application without additional actions.

Manual assignment of statuses

In the application, you can only assign the Dishes issued status manually.  It is used to visualize dishes already served to the guest. To access this operation, enable the Change dish statuses manually setting in the application.

To cancel the dishes given to the guest, select the ones you need in the order and select the Issued operation.

The status of the dish will immediately change to Dishes Issued.
