After authorization in the application, a page opens with a list of open orders available to this employee.
Order filters
If an employee is given the right to edit other people's orders, the waiter will see both his own and other people's orders in the list of orders. For convenience, you can sort orders by waiter. When you select this sort type, the orders of the current waiter will be displayed first in the list, followed by the orders of other waiters. Other people's orders will be grouped by waiter and sorted by waiter name. Each employee's orders will also be sorted by name.
By default, the list displays all the open orders, sorted by creation time.
Orders can be sorted by number or creation time.
Or leave orders for only the desired room on the screen.
Searching for an order
You can find the order you need:
- using contextual search by entering part of the order name
- on the Table Map (if one has been created).
Tables on which orders are created are highlighted with a red background. If there is only one order on the table, then when you select it, it will immediately open for editing. If there are several orders on the table, a list of them will first open for selection.
Order statuses
Order buttons are colored differently depending on the order status:
white background: a sent order
gray background: a draft (saved in the local database on the smartphone) or an order with a delayed service
black background: an order with full or partial bill.
The order button displays:
- order name
- time the order was sent to the kitchen
- waiter's name
- status of dishes in the order (if configured)
- order status
- amount to be paid
- number of guests
