Dishes with postponed serving orders will not start cooking until an additional command to start cooking is received.

In order mode on the Courses tab, all submitted dishes will be grouped by order of serving. For all deferred courses, the Start Cooking command will be available.

To send a command to the kitchen to start cooking, tap Start cooking for the desired course.

After that the dish will change status from postponed to active, and the kitchen will receive a command to start preparing the dish.
The dish will move to the No Course group, and the cooking start time (the time of printing the K.O.T. reminder) will be displayed in the line with the name.

If the establishment uses time-based discounts, then with standard settings for assigning a discount, the cooking start time will be used for deferred dishes.

For example: the discount period is from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The dish with the order of Defer Cooking was sent to the cashier at 1:50 pm. And the command Start Cooking was applied at 2:10 pm. As a result, the discount for such a dish will not work.

But if it's necessary to use the Order creation time for applying the discount, you will need to set up a special script for the discount application rule in r_keeper that will use the time when the "Send to Cooking" command is applied for the discount to work. As a result, the discount will still apply to a dish with a cooking start time of 2:10 pm.
