Tariffication functionality is supported on r_k Waiter.

Required versions:

  • r_k Waiter — 4.9.530+
  • r_keeper — 7.25.04+

For tariffication to function properly, initial setup needs to be done at the manager panel (Service Menu) of r_keeper station. See the guide on Setting up Tariffs for detailed instructions.

Enable Tariffication

Choosing a rated device and enabling tariffication can be performed in two ways:

  • While creating an order specifically for a rated device. Steps include:
    1. Press the New Order button.
    2. Select the appropriate hall and choose the rated device. A stopwatch icon differentiates rated devices from standard tables.
    3. Optionally specify any applicable limitations regarding time or monetary constraints when setting the order properties and tariffication parameters. Leaving these fields blank is acceptable.

    4. Then click Create Order.
  • Alternatively, within an existing order via the order operations menu. Proceed as follows:
    1. Open the current order.
    2. Invoke the operations list and select the Tariff option.
    3. Pick your desired rated device and then optionally define tariffication parameters concerning either time limits or cost caps. No need to input anything here unless required.


    4. Finally tap the Start button.

Once initiated, tariffication displays a confirmation prompt showing expected duration before proceeding. After confirming, the tariffication starts running immediately.  

If tariffication hasn't finished yet on the selected device, it's impossible to reinitiate it again on the same device or reuse it across other open orders until completion. 

Handling Tariffication Within Orders

Inside each order, tariffication shows up as a distinct section labeled Tariffication.
This section includes controls like Pause  , Resume  , and Complete  buttons to manage ongoing tariffication processes.

There are three potential states for tariffication:

  • Active (Green Background)

  • Paused (Gray Background)

  • Finished (Purple Background)

All actions related to tariffication can be viewed by opening the list. A row where no further time counting takes place can be deleted using the Trash Can button.

If there is unfinished tariffication in the order, it will be marked with a Stopwatch icon in the orders list.

As long as tariffication remains active, neither guest check printing nor payment of the order are possible, the Pay button will be unavailable. 

Multiple rated devices can be launched simultaneously within one order. In such cases, several Tariffication blocks with corresponding control buttons will appear. Re-launching the same rated device does not add a new Tariffication block. All operations with this particular rated device will be shown in its respective list.
