Payroll calculation
The ability to calculate wages for employees based on the rate and hours worked has been implemented.
To configure:
Please fill in at least one of the role's extended properties.
The separator between the integer and fractional parts should be a period ".", for example "0.0001".
If both extended properties "RateSalaryByHour" and "RateSalaryByShift" are filled in, then only "RateSalaryByShift" will be taken into account.- In the Timekeeping parameter, specify the value "Via R-Keeper". The calculation of the time worked based on the registered arrival and departure at the cash register will begin.
The results of salary calculation are displayed in the IR report “Salary calculation by roles”.
The hourly rate is displayed in the Rate column.
The shift rate is displayed in the Shift Rate column.

Authorization using Windows login
The employee can log in with a Windows account. If the last user matches the current Windows user, authorization will be performed automatically when starting the manager or cash register.
Presets:
- In the Personnel > Employees directory, in the employee property "Windows User", specify the user name. When logging in, the current Windows user is passed as the login.
- In the "Authentication Type" parameter, specify the value "RKeeper + Windows (RKeeper)".
- In the Windows Domain Name parameter, specify the computer name.
Limiting rights with Inspector settings
For advanced user rights customization, use the Inspector directory. For example, let's create a manager who can view menu item prices but not edit them.
To configure:
- In the Service > Manager Station > Inspector Settings directory, specify the employee role as "Managers" and the object type as "Menu item".
- On the Access Rights tab, select the "Prices" group and uncheck the "Edit" checkbox next to the "PriceTypes" property.
- Log in as a worker with the "Managers" role. Menu item prices will be available for viewing, but not for editing.
