Allergen Directory

The Allergen Guide is used to add allergen options so they can later be assigned to menu items.

The pre-installed version includes a list of allergens:

• Peanuts  
• Tree nuts  
• Sesame  
• Lupin  
• Milk  
• Wheat  
• Crustaceans  
• Fish  
• Celery  
• Soy  
• Eggs.

You can also add new values ​​to the list.

Adding a new allergen

To add a new allergen:

1. Go to the directory Menu > Allergens
2. In the empty space, add a New Allergen via the pop-up menu
   
   
3. Specify the name of the element and activate it.
   
   

Done. New allergen added.

Assigning an allergen to a menu item

To assign allergens to a menu item:

1. Go to the directory Menu > Menu
2. Select a menu item and in its properties open the Allergens section. Mark all allergens included in the menu item.
   

Done. Allergens for the menu item have been assigned.
