Example. Dishes should be automatically split into categories "Hot (Main course)", "Drinks", "Dessert" when using the operation "Split by Courses".
Please follow these steps:
1. In the "Courses" directory, create three courses: "Hot (Main course)", "Drinks", "Dessert". Note that in this case, the "Manual" or "Draft" flags are not set.

2. In the Menu directory, under the menu item properties group "Cooking," specify the required serving sequences for each dish in the "Course" property.
3. Add menu items to the order.
4. Use the "Split by courses" operation.
