An interactive report is a report with interactive components (filters, grouping, sorting, buttons, links, graphs). Interactive reports contain data on revenue, delivery, dish consumption, menu, cash desk operations, references, work time recording, etc., in different combinations.
The data displayed in interactive reports can be filtered, sorted, and grouped.
An interactive report consists of two parts: a data set and a layout.
A data set contains an SQL request to the database, relevant parameters, and fields. A layout is responsible for the order, in which data is displayed on the screen. To display a report when opening it, the report function server — Feature Server (FS) — addresses the SQL database, selects required data, and transmits it to the interactive report plugin. The plugin displays the data on the screen as a table or as a chart.
It is possible to use pre-installed interactive reports or create your own ones.
