All dishes at different stages of working with an order can receive different statuses. The most basic ones are used in the app: Sent to the kitchen, Ready, and Issued. 
Statuses of dishes in the application can be transmitted either from the cash register server or assigned manually. The cash register server automatically receives them from the KDS PRO system, or statuses can be assigned manually at the cash register.
