Form structure

The order selection editing form for editing (for Touch Screen stations) is shown displayed below. The order can be selected from previously opened and saved orders.

The form contains the following operations:

Create order - switching to the "New order" form 

Tariff - setters - switching to the Tariff -setters selection setting mode.

Close order - switching to the view of ready to preview of the orders that might be closed orders mode

The parameter "Order auto-closure" is responsible for closing orders. If the parameter is activated, the orders fully covered by printed receipts will be closed automatically. If the parameter is deactivated, the order is closed manually in the order closing mode. To close the order, simply press tap on the button with the selected order.

Quick receipt - switching to the quick receipt mode

Sorting Sort modes - selecting sorting filters:

  • by open opening time

  • by waiter

  • by table

  • by sum

  • by type

In this mode, the buttons additionally display comments to for the visit, if any, and data on the order type. To return to the hall plan mode, use tap the Hall plan reverse operation button.

Structure of the order button

The colour of the order button depends on the background colour specified in the employee's setting properties.

Searching

and selecting an order to edit

An order can be selected in several ways:

  1. Press Tap the order button in the list of editable orders

  2. Click Tap on the table with the order on the graphical hall plan. If the table icon is flashing, it means that there is at least one order on the table. If more than one order has been placed placed there. When tapping on the same table, after clicking on the table only the orders belonging to the selected table will remain in the order list.

  3. Tap Using the order filter. Click on the filter icon, in the opened form, specify set the parameter to search for and the conditionspecifications. By default the filter by comment is opened, but this can be changed.
