To search for a saved order, it is necessary to go to the "Edit order" form.

Form structure

The order selection form for editing (for Touch Screen stations) is shown below. The order can be selected from previously opened and saved orders.

The form contains the following operations:

Create order - switching to the "New order" form 

Tariff-setters - switching to the Tariff-setters selection mode.

Close order - switching to the view of ready to be closed orders mode

The parameter "Order auto-closure" is responsible for closing orders. If the parameter is activated, the orders fully covered by printed receipts will be closed automatically. If the parameter is deactivated, the order is closed manually in the order closing mode. To close the order, simply press the button with the selected order.

Quick receipt - switching to the quick receipt mode

Sorting - selecting sorting filters:

  • by open time

  • by waiter

  • by table

  • by sum

  • by type

Details - displaying enlarged order buttons instead of the hall plan.

In this mode, the buttons additionally display comments to the visit, if any, and data on the order type. To return to the hall plan mode, use the Hall plan reverse operation.

Structure of the order button

The colour of the order button depends on the background colour specified in the employee's properties.
On the illustration, the fields of the order buttons are signed in the detailed view and below in the short view.

The following symbols may appear on the button:

  • the order has been partially paid for

  • a bill on the order has been printed,

  • a bill on the order has not been printed due to a print failure

  • the order has been paid for and can be closed. It appears if manual order closing is set, i.e. "Order auto-closure" is disabled.

  • there are unopened packets in the order. The symbol is not displayed if the order has a package - draft.

  • the order is blocked for editing because it is edited at another station

  • the order is calculated according to the number of seats

  • the order has been prepaid

  • the order is empty to

  • the order has been added weight dish

  • the order has a tariffication activated

  • there is an unsaved version of the order. This order has been started by another employee at another station, and the order is now in timeout status.

  • a "Draft" order packet has been added to the order

Searching for and selecting an order to edit

An order can be selected in several ways:

  1. Press the order button in the list of editable orders

  2. Click on the table with the order on the graphical hall plan. If the table icon is flashing, it means that there is at least one order on the table. If more than one order has been placed on the same table, after clicking on the table only the orders belonging to the selected table will remain in the order list.

  3. Using the order filter. Click on the filter icon, in the opened form, specify the parameter to search for and the condition. By default the filter by comment is opened, this can be changed.

To reset the search conditions, click on "Clear".
