In the r_keeper Kiosk Center server central management system, the following tasks can be set for kiosks:

  • "Reboot" - reboot the kiosk (group of kiosks);
  • "Update build (without rebooting)" - update the build of a kiosk (group of kiosks) without rebooting;
  • "Update script (without rebooting)" - update the kiosk (group of kiosks) script without rebooting;
  • "Update content (without rebooting)" - update the content of a kiosk (group of kiosks) without rebooting;
  • "Close general shift (without rebooting)" - close the general shift of a kiosk (group of kiosks) without rebooting;
  • "Close cash register shift" - close the cash register shift of a kiosk (group of kiosks)
  • "Print Test" - kiosk (group of kiosks) print test
  • "Make a backup" - make a backup of a kiosk (group of kiosks);
  • "Restore from backup (without rebooting)" - restore a kiosk from a backup without rebooting; kiosk group is not supported;
  • "lock kiosk" - lock a kiosk (group of kiosks);
  • "Unlock kiosk" - unlock a kiosk (group of kiosks).


To set tasks it is necessary:
1. Go to the menu "Task Management" - "Set a task".
 

2. Select a kiosk and/or a group of kiosks by clicking on the button “Select a group or kiosk to update”.



To select kiosks, click the "List of kiosks" button, to select groups of kiosks – "List of groups". To save the selection, click the "Add" button (for a selected kiosk or group) or "Add selected".
3. To do this, click on the "Select task type" field and select the required task.



4. Specify the time for the task to be performed. To perform the task immediately, check "Now", for another time – "Set manually" and select the required date and time for the task to be performed. If you need to perform this task daily, check the box next to Perform daily.



5. Click on the "Create task" button.
 

If the task has been successfully added, a message will appear.

The task will appear in the task list.


Task types

1. "Reboot" - reboot the kiosk (group of kiosks);
If you select the "Restart" task, no additional actions are required.
2. "Update build (without rebooting)" - update the build of a kiosk (group of kiosks) without rebooting;
When selecting the "Update build (without rebooting)" task, you must additionally select the build.
The build must be located in the root directory of the CC in the folder files/Builds (there may be another directory here, which must be taken from the CC settings) https://docs.rkeeper.ru/kiosk/nastrojka-fajla-appsettings-json-29415975.html ). The build must be in the form of a zip archive, in which the lib and webdata folders should be located.

3. "Update script (without rebooting)" - update the kiosk (group of kiosks) script without rebooting;
When selecting the "Update script (without rebooting)" task, you must additionally select a script.

 
4. "Update content (without rebooting)" - update the content of a kiosk (group of kiosks) without rebooting.
When selecting the "Update content (without rebooting)" task, you must additionally select the content.
The content must be located in the root directory of the control center at the path files/Contents (there may be another directory here, which must be taken from the control center settings) https://docs.rkeeper.ru/kiosk/nastrojka-fajla-appsettings-json-29415975.html ). The content must be in the form of a zip archive, which contains the assets folder, which in turn will contain folders with the necessary content.
For example, when updating the image of dishes on the kiosk, you need to update the contents of the dishes folder. The contents of the archive in this case will look like this: assets/dishes/picture.png.



5. "Close general shift (without rebooting)" - close the general shift of a kiosk (group of kiosks) without rebooting;
If you select the task "Close general shift (without rebooting)", no additional actions are required.
6. "Close cash register shift" - close the cash register shift of a kiosk (group of kiosks).
When selecting the task “Close cash register shift”, no additional actions are required.
7. "Print test" - kiosk (group of kiosks) print test.
If you select the "Print Test" task, no additional actions are required.
8. "Make a backup" - make a backup of a kiosk (group of kiosks);
When you select the "Make a backup" task, no additional actions are required.
9. "Restore from backup (without rebooting)" - restore a kiosk from a backup without rebooting; kiosk group is not supported.
When selecting the task "Restore from backup (without rebooting)", you must additionally select a backup. The backup is preliminarily placed in the updater folder in the root directory of the control center as a zip archive with the name kiosk_backup_kiosk version (for example, kiosk_backup_0_0_270_6-rev_2b9c514c-j_108624.zip).



10. "Lock kiosk" – lock a kiosk (group of kiosks).
If you select the "Lock kiosk" task, no additional actions are required.

11. "Unlock kiosk" - unlock a kiosk (group of kiosks).
If you select the "Unlock Kiosk" task, no additional actions are required.
