Kiosk PRO requires 2 licenses to operate:

  • License for Kiosk PRO - R-Keeper Self-service kiosk PRO module

  • License for XML interface - R-Keeper XML for Kiosk PRO Software module

    Please note

    For the app to work, you need a free license R-Keeper XML for Kiosk PRO Software module. If it didn't get added automatically, order it separately. Make sure you don't mix up the name; you need exactly this one. It's necessary for the XML interface to work.

Purchase one of the master licenses in the licensing system and be sure to purchase a license for the XML integration module.
12-month master licenses are selected under Product Type - Subscription License.

  • After receiving the master license for the R-Keeper XML for Kiosk PRO module software, you need to generate an active license in the licensing system.
  • The R-Keeper Self-Service Kiosk PRO module license is generated directly in the kiosk itself.
    The Licensing section will appear immediately upon first launch. In the future, you will need to access the Licensing section from the kiosk's Service Menu.
    1. Enter your dealer account login and password.

      If the login or password is entered incorrectly, an authorization error will appear.
    2. A window will open for selecting the license type and license expiration date
    3. Select the license type.
      The license type is specified according to the purchased master license (if multiple kiosk licenses are purchased, all corresponding license types will be available for selection).
      When specifying the license type, the current keys are displayed.

    4. By default, the maximum license expiration date is displayed (for perpetual licenses, it is 01/01/2100)
      If you need to change the license expiration date, use the calendar (appears when you click on the field with the license expiration date).

    5. Click Generate License. Kiosk will restart. Kiosk will open to the start page.
