Using the Forms directory and Usage of Form Schemes, users can configure the appearance of cash registers (buttons for selecting orders for editing, buttons for choosing closed orders, receipt screen forms, and buttons for selecting closed checks).

On the left side of the window is the form tree. The elements of these forms are Form Instances. Users may add their own layouts, delete them, and edit existing ones.

Properties of Forms

The Properties page contains properties of the selected screen form:

Main
Name – the title of the directory element;
Alt. Name – alternative language title of the element;
Restrictions
Minimal Version – required minimum version of the original form instance.
Complementary
Form Type – non-editable field. There are three possible values: "Form" – set for screen forms; "Button Format" – for order buttons; "Receipt Format" – for receipt formats.

Properties of Form Instance

Properties of the highlighted layout contain an Inspector window for Form Instances pages:

Complementary
Auto Translate – if this option is enabled, the form will be automatically translated using the dictionary;

Alt. Comment – alternate-language comment entry field;
Basic
Model – access to the form editor where custom forms can be written and saved in DFM format, or existing files in this format can be loaded, edited, and saved. For button format types, it opens the Button Format Editor. For Receipt Format type forms, the Screen Receipt Form Editor is invoked.

Resolution – choose from the drop-down list (1024×768; 320×240; 640×480; 800×600) the minimal resolution at which the form will be used;
Relevant editors also open by double-clicking on an item on the "Layouts" page;
Restrictions
Source Version – the version of the original form instance from which this instance was derived. It cannot be lower than the minimum version of the form instance, which might be checked at the station to disable outdated forms;
