The Service Schemes directory contains service schemes in the left pane of the window.
The Properties page includes only the service scheme properties:

Main
Code – A unique reference code assigned automatically (can be edited manually);
Name – The name of the directory item;
Status – The status of the directory item;

Alt. Name – The name of the item in an alternate language;
Restrictions
The Service Check (K.O.T.) description is displayed in the Inspector window. Service Checks (K.O.T.s) are arranged using priorities and will print as service prints when using their assigned scheme.

Service Check (K.O.T.) Properties (Service Checks (K.O.T.s) page):

Basic
Layout – Selects the service print layout from the list. Choices are taken from the Service Print document layouts in the Documents and Layouts directory;
On Same Time – Selects the layout for cases where service print and reminder print times coincide. Only applicable if both layouts are defined and differ;
Remind Layout – Selects the layout for reminder prints;
Transfer Layout – The layout for service prints when transferring a menu item from one table to another;
Void Layout – Selects the layout for printing menu item deletions;
Weight Layout – The layout for printing menu item weight change documents;

  • If no void layout is selected in this property, menu item deletions will not be printed!

Restrictions
Classification – Selects the classification and category (or categories) for which the described service check (K.O.T.) will be used. If no classification is selected, all menu items will be printed under this service check (K.O.T.). To use category sorting (via the Categories Sort property below) while printing all menu items under this Service Check (K.O.T.), select a classification and enable all its categories;
Common – This flag appears if a classification is selected. Enable it to include items (menu items, non-distributed markups) that do not belong to any category in the service print;

Complementary
Categories Sort – If enabled, menu items in the Service Check (K.O.T.) will be sorted by the selected classification's categories;
Code Sort – If enabled, menu items in the Service Check (K.O.T.) will be sorted by code.
If both sorting flags are enabled, menu items will be sorted by code within each category.

Printing
Pack Before Print – If enabled, the "Pack" operation will be performed on order menu items before sending them to the printer.

Warning Properties (Warnings page):

The Warnings page contains a list of warning print layouts with their assigned printers.
Warning properties are described above in the Service Check (K.O.T.) properties section. Unlike Service Checks (K.O.T.), warnings do not include the Remind Layout, Void Layout, On Same Time, or Pack Before Printing properties.

Printing
Printer – Selects the printer for Service Check (K.O.T.) printing (from a list containing all station printers, taken from the Printers page of the Cash Stations and Devices directory);
Reserved Printer – Selects an alternate printer (used if the primary printer is unavailable) for Service Check (K.O.T.) printing (from the Printers page of the Cash Stations and Devices directory);
XML Printer – The XML printer (for interfaces).
