In the directory "Object Privileges", privileges are created that can protect objects in the directories of the manager application.

The Object Privileges directory is located in the menu Service — Manager Station — Object Privileges. Directory elements are described by the properties Name and Comment.

Object privileges can protect:

  • Menu groups
  • Classifications
  • Modifier groups
  • Modifier schemes
  • Combo groups
  • Combo schemes
  • Price types
  • Roles
  • Teams (“Brigades”)
  • Consummant groups (commission agents)
  • Employee groups
  • Serving positions
  • Hall plans
  • Trade groups
  • Currency groups
  • Discount types
  • Print schemes
  • Service (K.O.T.) print schemes
  • Cubes
  • Interactive reports (except for the security report group, Operations subgroup)

To assign a privilege, select the protected object in the directory and choose this privilege in the list of values of the Object Privilege property.

For example, you can protect a group of dishes "Desserts" with an object privilege.

An employee who does not have the required object privilege will not be able to edit only this specific object. Unprotected objects of the same type will remain available for editing.

In the Employees directory, the assignment of object rights to a role is determined in the Object Privileges property.
