To delete a department from the StoreHouse database, you should firts delete all references in documents and other references to that department. And if for any list of documents, you can apply the "Filter by Department" to search for referring documents. Then, when using a division in another directory without an additional service, finding links is a very time-consuming task.
The Department Links report allows you to display all referencing elements for which filtering by department is not available.
To open a report:
In the list of divisions, position the cursor on the division;
Use the context menu item "Links to the subdivision" or the item "Links to the subdivision" of the main menu item "Document";
The report above will open.
The report is grouped by directories/documents where this subdivision is used.
String - the name of the object that uses the subdivision in its properties
Property - an additional comment on the place of use of the subdivision in the properties of the object. For example, a division on a product card can be used on different tabs. The "Property" field displays additional information about the place where the subdivision is used in the product.
The object can be opened directly from the report for editing.
