In-house courier

You can only assign a courier for orders with the Delivery method of receipt. Orders that can be assigned a courier can be found in the Courier required group.

  1. Select an order in the order group Courier required
  2. In the right corner, in the Courier section, click assign
  3. Select courier type:
    • Service: a courier who is not an employee of your establishment, an employee of an external service. 
    • In-house courier: an employee of your establishment. For more information on creating couriers, read the article couriers
  4. Select a courier from the list of couriers at your establishment
  5. Click on the check mark to confirm your choice
  6. If necessary, edit the delivery date and time using the built-in calendar. The date must be no later than the current date.

The list of available couriers is configured in the Couriers section of the administrative panel.

Courier on the map

You can assign a courier to an order using the map. To do this:

  1. Select the required order
  2. Click on the Assign Courier button
  3. Click on the button On the map
  4. A map will open where you can select a courier. Select the desired one
  5. Click on the Assign Order #... button.

Done. A courier has been assigned to the order, the order icon will change to white. When you click on the order, updated information will be displayed: the name of the assigned courier will appear.
