Call center operators in the r_k Delivery system will not be able to edit the same order at the same time.
This limitation has been added to optimize performance.
If one of the operators opened the order card #4636 and starts editing it, in the call center interface of other operators of this establishment, orders that are not available for editing are highlighted in gray.

If you go to a blocked order, you will see a message in its card: The order is already being edited by <operator name>.

This order is closed for editing by other operators, but they can view the order details.
How to unblock an order
- The order is unlocked when the operator who edited it closes the order card by pressing the Back button
in the upper left corner. - The block will also be removed automatically 10 minutes after the last change in the order card.
