The service allows you to accept orders by phone and process them.

All active employees with the Call Center Operator (CC) status have access to the call center. Read more in the Employees article.

In the authorization form, enter your login—the phone number of the call center operator, starting with the country calling code, and the password specified in the employee card.

In the establishment interface, the CC Operator can:

  • Select establishments
  • Create an order
  • Confirm an order
  • Cancel and change an order
  • Search for orders and view their list
  • View order and guest cards
  • View order change histories.

The call center can also process orders received through the delivery website.
