Cancelling an order in the establishment's interface

If you need to cancel an order, for example, if it was placed incorrectly, click on the Delete order button.

Order data will be deleted.

If you need to cancel an order that has already been placed:

  1. Select the order you want to cancel.
  2. In the order card, click the Cancel order button.
  3. Please select a reason for order cancellation.

You can enable or disable the requirement to select a reason for order cancellation in the Order Statuses section. In the same section, you can set up the ability to specify an arbitrary comment for the selected reason.

Click the Confirm Cancellation button to save the cancellation reason in the system.

Cancelling an order at the r_keeper cash register

  1. Create an order in the establishment interface or r_k Delivery call center

  2. The order is transferred to the r_keeper 7 cash register
  3. Cancel the order at the r_keeper 7 cash register. To do this, remove all dishes from it using the Delete button.
    The system will offer to delete the empty order.
  4. The order will be cancelled in r_k Delivery within 5 minutes, regardless of the settings.
