Order statuses
The user sets order statuses in the settings of the administrative panel. Each status represents a step in order processing.
There are a number of mandatory statuses that cannot be excluded from the order fulfillment scheme.
The user can set his own name for the status, but he cannot change its meaning.
Statuses cannot be mixed and are arranged in a given sequence relative to each other.
Preset order statuses
Go to the Order Statuses section. The interface has a preset order fulfillment scheme.
It is divided into 3 groups:
- Start
- Confirmation
- Finish
On the right there are groups of optional statuses that can be added to the scheme:
- Confirmation
- Preparation
- Delivery
For convenience, each status is accompanied by an icon.

Adding a status
To add a status:
- In the block of available statuses, select the desired one
- Press and hold a status card and drag it to the left column to activate it
Please note that you can only drag a status into the semantic block to which the status belongs. - Rename the status if necessary
- Click the Save and Continue button.
The status has been added to the order fulfillment scheme.
Cancellation of order
When you activate the Order Cancellation Reasons section, a preset list of reasons appears.
In this block you can:
- Change the name of the specified reasons.
- Delete the reason for cancellation. To do this, hover the cursor over the required status and click the
button, which will appear to the right of the selected status.
- Add a new reason using the Add Reason button at the end of the list.
- Check the box Provide a comment for the reason.
In the establishment's interface, when selecting a reason for which a check mark is placed, the user can leave a comment.
Actions available in the "Order Statuses" section
- Changing the ordering scheme (according to the rules in your establishment)
- Add the desired status — move it to the designated place on the diagram, the place for moving is already predetermined.
- Remove unnecessary status - click on the cross icon, the removed status returns to the right side of the screen.
- Change the status name.
Click the check mark to save or the cross to cancel the changes. - View status description.
- Click on the question mark button — a hint with a description of the status will be activated
- Click the question mark again or an empty space on the screen — the description will be closed
The status description is stored in html format. The status description can contain no more than 15 characters.
All changes are applied immediately.
Order fulfillment scheme
The order fulfillment scheme is formed and edited for the chain of establishments. The scheme is built on the basis of the order statuses.
The order moves in the system according to a given scheme, but the scheme depends on some order parameters:

Method of obtaining | For self-pickup, the statuses "Picked up" and "En route" are not available. |
Date and time of order receipt | You cannot change the order to "Received at the restaurant" if there are more than 24 hours left before the order is received. |
The order scheme may change over time. In this case, current unfinished orders will "move" according to the new current version of the scheme.
