The order can be edited before payment both in the establishment's interface and at the cash register.

Editing an order in the establishment's interface

You can edit your order details at any time before payment. To do this:

  1. Click on the required order and use the pencil button  to change one or more blocks:
    1. Guest details
    2. Courier, if delivery is selected
    3. Order delivery – you can change the time and address if delivery is selected
    4. Order contents
  2. To save changes, click the check mark next to the desired block. To delete changes, click the cross.

If you successfully change your order in the establishment's interface, a notification will appear:

The counter in the corner of the notification shows how many times the order has been edited:

If the order is edited in the call center, a notification about the order change will be sent to the establishment's interface.

You cannot edit an order in the call center and in the restaurant interface at the same time. The system will display a notification.

Editing capabilities and certain restrictions are configured in the administrative panel under the Settings section.

Editing an order at the r_keeper cash register

The described functionality works starting from WSA version 2.4.2.35 and higher.

  1. Create an order in the r_k Delivery establishment interface or call center




  2. The order is sent to the r_keeper 7 cash register
  3. At the r_keeper 7 cahs register change the composition of dishes in the order
  4. In the order in r_k Delivery, the composition of dishes will also change within 5 minutes, regardless of the settings.

Automatic change of dish composition is not supported yet if manual r_keeper 7 discounts, or r_k Loyalty discounts, or bonuses are used.
