Filtration
You can filter events by order number, establishment if it is a chain, and date and time. Filters can be applied simultaneously.
Search by order number
To filter events by order, use one of the following methods:
- Order Search field: enter the number assigned to the order in the establishment's interface or call center and press the Enter button or anywhere on the screen.
- Order No. column in the report: Click on the order number in the table and the system will filter the data by the selected number.
Search by establishment
To filter events by establishment, click on the Select establishment field and select the desired one from the drop-down list.
To speed up the search, you can start typing the name while preserving the case. If you start typing the name, for example, with a lowercase letter, when it begins with a capital letter, the search will not return any results.
Search by date and time
You can filter all events by a specific period: set the start and end.
Using the built-in calendar and clock face, enter the date and time you want to start viewing logs in the Start field, and then the end of the period in the End field. After selecting a date, the system will automatically filter out events that occurred during this period.
