The article describes how to configure the display of the KDS electronic queue number for r_k Delivery.

For correct operation, the following r_keeper products must be properly configured:

  • r_keeper version 7.6.5.371 and higher
  • KDS PRO Server version 1.7.58 and higher
  • White Server Agent version 2.7.1.7 and higher
  • Fully configured and working r_k Delivery.

Also, make sure you have an active R-Keeper XML Interface Module for WSA software license to use the HTTP connection. If you do not have a license, obtain one and generate it on-site, then restart White Server Agent. 

To operate r_k Delivery and KDS PRO, you must first configure the integration of r_keeper and KDS PRO according to the instructions Installing and Configuring KDS PRO. After establishing the connection between the systems, be sure to check that orders from the cash register are sent to KDS PRO.

R-Keeper XML interface module for WSA software license is required to use HTTP connection.
This license must be generated on-site. Once generated, restart the White Server Agent.

Please note!

For correct operation of r_k Delivery, the R-Keeper module XML interface for WSA software license must be in a single copy at the facility. If there is more than one license, this may lead to errors in operation.

This license is included in some packages. Therefore, before purchasing, make sure that there is no such a license on the object.


You will need to wait for the data from the licensing system to be pulled into the WSA. This may take up to an hour.

All licenses described are of the same type—subscription licenses.

The delivery system will also require licenses for the White Server Agent (WSA).

To set up the KDS electronic queue for r_k Delivery: 

  1. In KDS, in the client settings, in Order display parameters > Electronic queue number, set the value to Latin letter and 2 digits.
  2. Check the same value in the r_keeper manager station in Options > Parameters > Options usage > Order queue number format type.

    If the Latin letter and numbers option is selected, the principle of letter formation is the cash register code converted into a capital letter 1=A, 2=B, 26=Z, 27=A.

  3. With the settings in KDS, the electronic queue for delivery in the Call Center will start automatically after restarting WSA and the cash server.
  4. In delivery in the establishment interface, with settings in KDS—the electronic queue will work automatically after restarting the WSA and the cash server.
  5. In the courier application, with settings in KDS, it will work automatically after restarting WSA and the cash server.
