Description of r_k Delivery licenses

Please note!

Only one corporation and r_k Office account can be linked to one account in the licensing system.
If several corporations or personal accounts in r_k Office are linked to one account, r_k Delivery cannot be configured.

General description

Before you start working, you must obtain licenses for the product.

The minimum licenses required for the delivery system to operate are:

R-Keeper Delivery_Base module — to access the system
R-Keeper Delivery_Filial module — for employees to access the establishment's interface
R-Keeper модуль Interface for r_keeper Delivery 12 mon. SW module — license for access of the r_k Delivery system to WS: required for transferring orders to the cash register.
The license is free and is added when purchasing the R-Keeper Delivery_Base module or R-Keeper Delivery_Filial module
R-Keeper XML-interface for WSA SW module — to use an HTTP connection.
This license must be generated on-site. Once generated, restart the White Server Agent.

Please note!
For correct operation of r_k Delivery, the R-Keeper XML interface for WSA SW module license must be in a single copy at the facility. If there is more than one license, this may lead to errors in operation.
This license is included in some packages. Therefore, before purchasing, check that the license is not present on the object.

You will need to wait for the data from the licensing system to be pulled into the WSA. This may take up to an hour.

All licenses described are of the same type - subscription licenses.

Please note that the delivery system will also require licenses for WhiteServer Agent (WSA)

Without this license, the network of establishments will not have access to the system, even if they have r_keeper Delivery Filial or r_keeper Delivery CallCenter licenses. R-Keeper Delivery_Filial module	Provides access for the object to the delivery system and is responsible for access for one employee with the Delivery Manager role to the Establishment Interface.	For each object that sholud be involved in delivery	If the establishment has several employees, then a license is required for each employee.
3281 1 mon. 3281 12 mon.	R-Keeper Delivery CallCenter module	Provides access for one employee (Call Center Operator) to the Call Center application.	To an object that has an active r_keeper Delivery Base license	If there are several employees in the CC, then a license is required for each employee.
3426 1 mon. 3427 12 mon.	R-Keeper Delivery_CourierApp module	Provides one device access to the courier app.		If there are several couriers, then the number of licenses required corresponds to the maximum number of couriers that go on shift.
3476 1 mon. 3477 12 mon.	R-Keeper Delivery Сourier on the Map module	Provides access to the Couriers on the map functionality in the Establishment Interface and Call Center.		One license per object grants the right to view active couriers on the map.
3279 1 mon. 3280 12 mon.	R-Keeper Delivery_Api module	Provides access to an object that has an active license. The license gives the right to work via API with the establishment that has this license added. Allows you to set up integration with the restaurant's website or mobile application. Provides access to receiving the menu, creating an order, receiving an order, changing an order.	For each object from which you need to receive a menu and for which you need to create an order. Even if a call center is used, an API license is required separately for each establishment that receives orders from the site.	There are no restrictions on the number of order sources or the number of requests. Examples

Below are described the options for license sets that need to be ordered in the licensing system for the establishment.

License Expiration Notifications

When licenses are about to expire, corresponding notifications will start popping up in the administrative panel, the establishment's interface, and the call center.

A notification will appear in the admin panel if the R-Keeper Interface to r_keeper Delivery module license has expired. Please note: a notification about the expiration of the license will be issued if at least one object lacks a license. If all objects of the corporation have a license, the notification will not appear. If you purchased a license but the notification still appears, this is normal. Synchronization takes up to 30 minutes.
