If users are not ready to create plans for the future or need to plan perishable products (fruits/vegetables) daily, you can use the "Procurement Plan for Tomorrow".

Procurement Plan "for Tomorrow" - this is a report with a set of ingredients necessary for the enterprise's operation "for tomorrow".

The report is generated using a plan title with the "Plan for Tomorrow" flag. The rule for calculating the required order quantity is also determined by the plan title (in the example "up to max. margin").

When selecting such a plan title in the filter of the "Procurement Plan", the report will always be generated for the next date from the current computer date. The plan will be displayed for one date.

The theoretical expenditure "for tomorrow" will be taken from imported requests dated 28 days ago from the "tomorrow" date. Requests with the "plan" flag created for the "tomorrow" date will also be used to calculate the theoretical expenditure.

"Receipt" will be filled from orders in statuses with the "In Plan" flag created for the "tomorrow" date.

To create an order, filter the list of goods as needed:

  • Either only by "used goods" - the "Expenditure" or "Receipt" column is filled.

  • Or only by "unused goods" - "Expenditure"/"Receipt" are empty.

  • Or both flags.

An order can be created:

  • based on the quantity of balances at "start of date" - in the "dates" area, context menu item "Copy Balances at Start of Date to Order".

  • based on the quantity from the "To Order" field - in the "dates" area, context menu item "Create Order for Date".

The order form will open, filled according to the selected parameters.
