If it is necessary to account for dish preparation technologies during the processing of an imported request, then for such dishes, sets must be created, according to which the document processing will occur.
The need to use sets when processing imported requests is determined by the setting of each product by the "Produce" flag on the product card. This property can vary by enterprise. If the flag is set, then during request processing the system will look for the corresponding link in the product; if the flag is not set, then when processing a request for this product, no assembly ("complectation") document will be created.
When importing requests, already created sets and their versions are automatically assigned according to the set rules. The set or set version is determined by the department from the request header. The department always belongs to some enterprise. If different sets or set versions are used for the product by enterprises, then it is by this rule that the set version in the imported request will be determined.
If a set is not linked to the product at the time of import, but the "Produce" flag is set on the product, then during request processing the system will display a warning message "The Produce flag is set, but the set is not defined.". It is necessary to create a set for the product. It will be assigned automatically to the document upon import.
