The defaulter's non-cash payer card is a magnetic card processed by a device for entering "additional information" (magnetic card reader, barcode scanner, keyboard, etc.).
Such a card can be a PDS card. After the card is recognized, personal information about the magnetic card is transferred by the PDS system to the R-Keeper v.7 system. In the PDS system, the defaulter type code is determined in the personal card, on the Parameters page.
In the Defaulters Types directory (Non-cash payers Types directory), create the required number of types of defaulters (non-cash payers).
In the Currency Restrictions property group, set the flags for the currencies that are allowed to be used by this type of defaulter. The selection of allowed currencies is made from the list of currencies for which the interface is specified.

Data on defaulters' accounts is stored in the PDS system.

If the Prohibition on order creation flag is set, then it is not possible to create an order for a card with this defaulter type (works only when working with an entrance card). When trying to create an order for such a card, the system displays an error message (starting with version RK 7.6.2.250).

If the Prohibition on depositing money flag is set, then it is not possible to top up the card. When trying to top up the card, an error message appears: “You cannot top up the balance, because it is prohibited for the defaulter type “Employees”.

Changing the price type when paying with a PDS card
In order for the price type to change when paying with a PDS card, you need to perform the following sequence of actions:
Create a defaulter type.

This type of defaulter (code) must be indicated in the client card in the PDS.

Create a special price type for this defaulter. In the Usage of price types, specify the defaulter type.

In the menu, specify the price for the created price type.

At the checkout station, dishes are added to the order with the price type “Main”.

When swiping or paying with a card, the price type changes to "Defaulters" ("Non-cash payers"). The price of the dish changes accordingly.
