Setting up Order Categories and Types

In the r_keeper 7 system there are the concepts of Order Category and Order Type. The combination of these properties is used for:

• Setting sales locations to import sales to SH4 or SH5 by order categories
• Selecting a tax policy
• Setting up a discount or markup for a specific order type, such as takeaway
• Setting up currency availability at the cash register, etc.
