To check WSA connection to the server, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the admin panel using Dealer ID
  2. Go to the Restaurants menu and enter your object number in the ObjectId field. Click the Find button
  3. In the window that opens, in the line with your establishment, click the gear button. You will be taken to the WSA settings section for your establishment
  4. In the Agents V2 block, the Agent Activity and Monitor Activity columns will display the time and date of the last synchronizations if the connection is successful.
    The Connected Systems column will display the systems that were configured to connect when WSA was installed.
  5. Click the gear button next to the Connected Systems column. You will be taken to the agent card
  6. Make sure there is a green check mark next to each system in the Connected column.

If WSA does not appear in the administrative panel, restart the service. To do this, go to the Services section in your operating system with administrator rights, find the White Server Agent service and click Restart.

For the systems to connect successfully, the directory server and the cash server must be running.
