Go to theRestaurantsmenu and enter your object number in theObjectIdfield. Click theFindbutton
In the window that opens, in the line with your establishment, click the gear button. You will be taken to the WSA settings section for your establishment
In theAgents V2block, theAgent ActivityandMonitor Activitycolumns will display the time and date of the last synchronizations if the connection is successful. TheConnected Systemscolumn will display the systems that were configured to connect when WSA was installed.
Click the gear button next to theConnected Systemscolumn. You will be taken to theagent card
Make sure there is a green check mark next to each system in theConnectedcolumn.
If WSA does not appear in the administrative panel, restart the service. To do this, go to theServicessection in your operating system with administrator rights, find theWhite Server Agentservice and clickRestart.

For the systems to connect successfully, the directory server and the cash server must be running.
