What to check to make sure the agent works.

  1. Make sure the services are running
  2. Start all servers
  3. Check the license. Run WsConnectionConfigurator.exe. (not relevant for new versions)
  4. The cash register server and directory server file has been created in the Config folder.

    All cash register servers must be listed in the file.

    If the servers are not listed:
    1. Stop the servers
    2. Stop services
    3. Remove WSA
    4. Install WSA
    5. After installation, perform all initial launches of all servers with administrator rights.
  5. There must be an XML interface, a port and CryptKey specified
  6. In the Administrative Panel:
    1. Go to your restaurant and select the desired agent.
    2. Click Get System Information.
    3. Check the connection information to the cash server via HTTP and TCP (protocols may change in other versions)
    4. The ObjectIdList field should display the object number. If it does not, check the license expiration date.
