Serving time (Ready) is the time, at which the guest requests to serve the dish (dishes) of the block. The value of the block's serving time must be greater than or equal to the reminder time. When the Split by courses operation is used, the serving time is calculated automatically, according to the values of Minutes to the next properties of the courses.
