Decomplectation documents are created to document the production process, in which the product is decomposed into its constituent components: an egg — into white and yolk, a table — into legs and countertop, etc.
For example, during the production process, a whole chicken is divided into breast, thighs, and drumsticks. To create a decomplectation document, it is necessary that the Goods dictionary contains goods that are decomposed and goods that are components. In our example, these are the following goods: chicken, chicken breast, chicken thigh and chicken drumstick.
When filling out the Goods tab of the decomplectation document, in the upper table enter the goods before being divided into parts (i.e. whole chicken), and in the lower part of the tab, in the Received goods table specify the goods received after separation — breast, thighs, and drumsticks. The components specified in the Received goods table at the bottom of the Goods tab are automatically received, while the goods in the table at the top of the Goods tab are automatically written off.
One record of the upper table can correspond to several records of the Received goods table.
