Tariff with special price for the first hour

A minute-based rate for billiards needs to be established. One price will apply for the first hour, while a different price will be implemented for subsequent time periods.
To set up a tariff, follow these steps:

Open the "Tariffs" directory. In the directory, create a new tariff group using the "New Tariff Group" operation.

For example, create a tariff group "Billiards". Change the status to active.

On the "Menu Items" tab, use the "New Tariff" operation to create the "Billiards. Per-minute Tariff" tariff. In the "Rate Type" property, specify "Per Minute".

To save a tariff, at least one detail must be created for it. Leave the tariff in the "inactive" status and proceed to create a detail (double-click on the tariff name).

The first detail is created as the "Default Detail".

Pay attention to the order in which the details are turned on – they work from bottom to top or from right to left.

Create the "First Hour" and "Subsequent Time" details. Specify the price for each detail. For the "First Hour" detail, specify Maximum Duration.

Open the directory "Hall Plans And Tables". Select the hall where the rated device is located. In the "Rated devices" tab, create a new rated device "Bil1". In the "Rate Type" property, specify the created "Billiards" tariff.

Using the Rate type (daytime and evening tariff price)

The tariff cost may depend on the time of day. For example, day and evening. In this case, it is convenient to use the "Tariffication Types" directory and periods.

In the "Billiards" tariff group, create a new tariff "Billiards. Day and Evening".

In the "Periods" reference book, create two periods – "Daytime" and "Evening". In the "Time Intervals" property group, specify the start time and end time of the period.

In the "Tariffication Types" directory, create the following types: "Daytime" and "Evening". In the properties of each period, specify the periods "Daytime" and "Evening" accordingly.

In the "Tariffs" directory for the "Billiards. Day and Evening" tariff, create the following details: "Default", "Daytime" and "Evening time". Specify the price and select the appropriate "Tariffication Type".

Tariff with pause

If you need to interrupt a session for a limited number of minutes and then continue it, you can use a pause instead of stopping the billing completely. In this case, the billing stops when the pause is turned on and continues after it ends. It is possible to continue the billing without waiting for it to automatically continue after the pause ends.

Setting up a pause in tariffication:

In the "Tariffication Types" directory, create a tariffication type with the required name (for example, Pause). In the created tariffication type, in the "Filtering" group, in the "Pause Time" field, set the required number of minutes.

In the "Tariffs" directory, add the "Pause" detail to the tariff used. Select the tariffication type.

This detail should be located at the bottom (or be on the far right). The detail price is zero (since the pause is not paid), the tariffication type is "Pause" (or any created tariffication type with the required pause duration).

To start a Pause, select the tariff in the order and select the "Pause" button. Or, in the Tariffs window, select the tariff and call up the quick menu. In the menu, select "Pause". After selecting this operation, a window will appear to confirm the activation of the pause.

If there are several tariffication types where the value is specified in the Pause Time property, a window will appear on the cash register with the option to select the type of tariffication.

Adding a pause from the order form:

Adding a pause from the Tariffs form:

When you start a Pause, the name of the tariff and details will be displayed at the cash register, as well as the time limit when the pause will automatically end.

The pause is displayed on a separate line. A running pause is displayed by the following icon: .

You can continue the tariff without waiting for the end of the pause. To do this, in the tariffs window, select the device with a working pause and open the menu. In the menu, select the item "Continue". In this case, the pause will end and the tariff will continue its work.

Using the "Tariff: Warning time before end" parameter, you can enable notification to the cashier that the pause is ending.
To add a tariff to an already occupied table, use the menu item “Select order”.
