The directory contains a list of business periods, for example, to view reports for different time periods.


Adding a New Business Period

  • In the directory Settings > Head Office > Business Periods, select "New Business Period" from the context menu.
  • Fill out the essential properties: name, status (Active).

Business period properties:

Code — unique directory item code (assigned automatically, can be edited manually)
Name — directory item name
Alt. Name — name in alternate language
Status — item status

Using Business Periods

To work with business periods, you need to assign their usage by linking them to elements of other directories.

In the directory Settings > Head Office > Business Periods:

  • Select the desired business period, then click the gear icon ("Open Business Periods Usage Parameters") in the "Settings" menu.

  • In the left pane, select the created business period, drag it to the "Items sequence editing mode" (center area), and specify usage conditions in the inspector settings.
    Example: The "Day" business period is linked to the "Lunch 12 to 16" period.

Multiple business periods can be used in one restaurant, each with different usage conditions. The usage order is bottom-to-top or right-to-left.
