Most directories in the Head Office group are intended for configuring work with Interactive Reports. Through concepts, regions, and franchisees, objects can be segmented and analyzed separately. For example: Plan vs. Actual, Profit and Loss, IR delivery reports. Directories can also be specified for use with other elements, such as concepts.
Most directories are initially empty and are filled as needed. Access to these directories is governed by manager restrictions of the same name.
Under the main menu item Settings - Head Office, the following directories are located
- Restaurants
- Concepts
- Regions
- Franchisees
- Own Legal Entities
- Business Periods
- Report Servers
This menu also contains the configuration for using business periods.
