Introduction

The article describes how to set up cash register discounts in r_k Delivery.

Automatic discounts

r_k Delivery works only with discounts:

Setting in the admin panel

To set up cash register discounts:

  1. Open the establishment card
  2. Go to the Discount section
  3. In the Discount System list, select Cash Discounts
  4. Save the settings.

Done. Discounts that should be applied automatically have been activated.

Applying discounts

When creating an order

  1. Go to the order creation page
  2. Specify the guest's details and the order contents
  3. Proceed to select the payment method
  4. r_k Delivery will make a request to r_keeper to get a pre-calculation of discounts for the order
  5. The discount will be applied to the order.

While editing an order

  1. Open the order card and proceed to editing it
  2. Change the order contents
  3. r_k Delivery will make a request to r_keeper to get a pre-calculation of discounts for the order

Manual discounts

Setting in the admin panel

To set up cash register discounts:

  1. Open the establishment card
  2. Go to the Discount section

  3. In the Discount System list, select Cash Register Discounts. Then, in the Manual Discounts field, select the desired discounts.
    They must be configured in advance in the r_keeper 7 management station.

    When setting up manual discounts, do not use markups from the Non-Distributable Markups category.
    If you select such a markup when creating an order, an error will be returned.

  4. Save the settings.
