The Employees section contains a list of created employees.
Here you can add employees by preset roles and edit their data.

There are two roles available in this section:

A user with the Delivery Manager role has access to the establishment's interface and can:

  • Change the order via the establishment interface
  • Process the order through production statuses
  • Create a new order
  • Assign a courier.

A user with the Call Center Operator role has access to the call center. In the call center interface, he can:

  • Select establishments
  • Create an order
  • Confirm an order
  • Cancel and change an order
  • Search for orders and view their list
  • View order cards
  • View order change histories.

Employee card

Here you can change the employee's details and assign them to an establishment.

To change employee details:

  1. Go to the Employees section - here you can create a new employee or edit the details of an existing one
    • Use the search bar to enter the employee card created earlier
      To sort the results, use the filter Working/Not Working
    • Click the Add Employee button to create a new employee
      The maximum number of employees depends on the license type.

  2. The employee card will open
  3. Assign an Employee Status and select a predefined position.
  4. Fill in the Main block – general information about the employee:

    1. Last name

    2. First name

    3. Patronymic name — optional

    4. E-mail — optional

    5. Use virtual keyboard

      If you activate the switch, the employee will be able to use the virtual keyboard on the cash register tablet when creating an order.



  5. Fill in the Personal data block:

    1. Login — a phone number that an employee will use to enter the establishment's interface or call center
    2. Password — a combination of characters that an employee will use to enter the workspace
      When you re-enter the employee card, the password is hidden from view.

      The password must be at least 6 characters long and have:

        • At least 1 lowercase letter
        • At least 1 capital letter
        • At least 1 digit


  6. In the Hiring Conditions block, specify how the employee works: as a full-time employee or on an outsourcing basis. Such a division is convenient for reporting purposes.
  7. In the Assigned establishments block, select one or more establishments where the employee will work

  8. Save your changes by clicking the Save button in the upper right corner of the window.

    Search for employees

    To search for employees, use the search bar at the top of the window. You can search for employees by first or last name.
    Be sure to take into account the case: if you start writing the last name with a lowercase letter, the search will not return results.

    You can also sort the list of employees by their status: Working or Not working.
