When you first log in, the Cash register view is available by default.
It appears after all establishments are automatically loaded.
This view displays the menu of all establishments in the chain.
Click on theSync with Cash Registerbutton
, so that all the dishes that you have are included in this view.
The menu is downloaded for each establishment in accordance with the settings specified in the establishment card.
If you want a unique menu for a specific order source (establishment interface, call center, API-connected source), create a new view and specify it in the source settings.
If several restaurants use a single menu, synchronization will occur according to the following scenarios:
- If restaurants are created on the same directory server, menu categories for these restaurants are not duplicated during synchronization.
- If restaurants are created on different directory servers in the same corporation, but the groups of dishes in the r_keeper menu have the same identifier, then during synchronization in the Cashier menu view in r_k Delivery they are combined into one group.
